Using this website

You may use this site for information about our services. Don't misuse it, copy its content for commercial use, or try to disrupt it.

Proposals and quotes

Prices on the site are “starting from” guides. Every project gets a written quote and scope, which takes priority over anything on the website.

Payment

Projects are usually billed 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Monthly services are billed in advance. Ad spend is paid by the client directly to the platforms unless agreed otherwise.

Revisions and changes

Each deliverable includes the revision rounds stated in the quote. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts.

Ownership

When a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables. We may keep working files and show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Results

We commit to doing the agreed work to a professional standard. Marketing results depend on many factors, so we don't guarantee specific sales or rankings.

Ending a monthly service

After any minimum term in your agreement, either side can end a monthly service with 30 days' written notice.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service in question in the previous three months, to the extent the law allows.
